About Me

Hi there, my name is Falon and I am an Iowa transplant. I am from Illinois but have lived in Iowa since 2007. My journey to becoming a therapist has been, like many others, non-traditional. I started my career as a human resource professional that quickly realized I wanted to serve humans more than companies. After experiencing the pandemic and significant personal changes, including a divorce, I began to explore future paths that felt right for me. That exploration led me to marriage and family therapy.

Working with clients to help them improve their relationships is my passion. I believe that strong connections to Self and others have the potential to add depth and richness to our existence. Simply, when our relationships are functioning well, we feel well.
